The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, the main double bedroom, twin room, 3rd bedroom and a family bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle & toaster. There is ample cupboard space and all cookware and crockery is provided. The dining area offers an extendable table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people but 8 as a push and a double sofa bed. The lounge area comprises of a sofa , coffee tables & 43″ smart TV access to BBC iPlayer, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video and other catchup services. Subscription needed. The house also includes washing machine, ironing board and iron, vacuum cleaner, mop and various cleaning resources. Super fast fibre optic broadband is available for the duration of your stay. 400mb/s.

Great house, walking distance to Beverley centre, near a supermarket. Clean, functional just the job. Paul is very good and knows the area so even a car problem was sorted for us! Would highly recommend!

Had a fantastic stay at Paul’s place, great communication through out our stay. Everything you would need is in the house. Off road parking is great the street is nice, safe and quiet. We had one slight issue on Tuesday evening the light in the bathroom stopped working, I contacted paul and it was dealt with on Tuesday evening that’s service for you. This place is well placed for Beverley town centre, some great eating spots. Also there is a great fish & chip shop at the end of the street. Keep doing what your doing it’s working thanks Patrick

Very clean home with handy off-street parking, lots of light and airy living space, and comfy beds. Bit of a walk into town but we were mainly visiting friends and going on day trips by car so wasn’t a problem, and there are takeaways and a Sainsburys within easy walking distance.

LikedNice & quiet, very clean, nice comfy beds & plenty of kitchen ware. There was even complementary tea, coffee & milk & shampoo, condioner & shower gel. The host Paul was very helpful on a couple of occasions when we needed him. We enjoyed our stay that much we added an extra night.

LikedIdeal location. Definitely a home from home, lots of space for the children. Paul, the host went above and beyond for us. Sourced a Christmas tree, complete with lights, and was so thoughtful leaving our children a present each. Already looking at dates to stay again next year.

DislikedThe shower pull switch and the bathroom light switch were dusty. This is a small thing but worth a mention. The property was otherwise very clean
