For this reason, we advise that you take out a suitable insurance product to cover against unexpected costs such as cancellation fees. In addition, we may take legal action, through the Courts, to recover any outstanding debts.

Cancellation by Us

Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. Any payments made will be refunded in full. Coronavirus (Covid – 19)

Considering the rapidly evolving Covid – 19 pandemic, and the increasing numbers of UK citizens affected, We have implemented a short questionnaire for all visitors to ensure the Health and Safety and requirements of HM Government guidance of all employees and guests. You agree to complete this Questionnaire in advance of your arrival date. If we do not receive this back in advance of your arrival, you may be refused entry.

If any guests are experiencing Covid – 19 symptoms prior to arrival, such as, fever, cough, shortness of breath, or loss of taste and smell, we ask that you seek medical advice. If you are unable to travel, this does not override our cancelation policy and must be taken up with your travel insurance.

It is important to note, that for the safety of our guests and staff, any guests displaying symptoms consistent with Covid – 19 will be requested to seek medical attention. Should you be advised to self-isolate, we will request that you check out immediately and return home in line with HM Government guidance, in that you should use private transport and only drive yourself (if safe to do so). If you are unable to return home, you will be required to pay any additional costs that are incurred. This does not override our cancelation policy and must be taken up with your travel insurance.

Due to the constantly changing nature of HM Government guidance and advice, our internal operating practices and protocols will be continuously reviewed and immediately updated. The information detailed in this section may therefore change without notice.
