This is a spacious three bedroom Townhouse situated in Beverley. The house has been fully renovated in February 2021 which offers a contemporary feel with new soft furnishings throughout. There is 2 free parking spaces on site plus ample off street parking around the property (paid). The location of the house is tucked away in a quiet friendly residential area just a 2 minute walk from the Flemingate complex which has a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, cinema etc.
The house comprises of 3 bedrooms, the main bedroom with en suite, twin room, and 3rd bedroom with trundle bed, family bathroom and a down stairs toilet. There is a living room with sofa bed, dining room & fully equipped kitchen. The dining room opens out into the garden through French doors.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, induction hob, kettle & toaster. There is ample cupboard space and all cookware and crockery is provided.
For each booking there will be a small welcome pack which includes tea, coffee, sugar and milk.
The dining area offers an extendable table and chairs to comfortably seat 6 people but 8 as a push.
The lounge area comprises of a corner sofa with a double sofa bed , coffee tables & 43″ smart TV access to BBC iPlayer, Netflix, YouTube, Amazon Prime Video, Now TV, Apple TV Plus, Disney+ and other catchup services. Subscription needed.
The house also includes washing machine, dishwasher, ironing board and iron, clothes airer, vacuum cleaner, mop and various cleaning resources.

Exceeded our expectations in every respect and fully justifies a 5 star rating. A spotlessly clean, well appointed 3 bed/2 bath modern house close to the centre of Beverley with the important benefit of two allocated parking spaces. Beverley is a delightful market town, but parking can be difficult. The accommodation was exactly as described and well furnished. The storage in the bedrooms was particularly generous. Communication from Paul could not be bettered, with a practically instantaneous response to queries. We would not hesitate to stay again and hope to do so.
A lovely cosy little house, which is well set up and very clean with lovely hot showers. It has everything you need, is in a great location 5 minutes walk from flemingate. Check-in was really easy and Paul was very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would definitely use again.
This house is very clean, modern and has everything you need for your stay.
The beds are very comftable and were made up with white clean bed covers which was a blessing as our journey turned out to be 4 hours instead of 2 so got to house late at night and straight to bed .
Perfect stay. No issues at all. Great communication from Paul. Really handy that bedding, towels and a welcome pack were all provided. Fab location for what we needed, and less than a 5 minute stroll to the shopping centre when needed. Warm, clean, comfortable. What more could we ask. Looking forward to the next trip.

LikedThe house was warm,comfortable, located within walking distance of Beverley town centre, having its own parking spaces is bonus. Communication with the host Paul was excellent and made our stay stress free.
LikedThe property is at a high standard and the hosts are brilliant, checking we have everything always contactable in case we didn’t (but we had all we need). Would recommend them again and will use them again.

LikedImmaculately clean. Excellent bathroom and shower room. Good quality appliances. Central location and very peaceful. Good to have off street parking. Reasonable rates. We were in Beverley for a funeral and were glad our family could be together.
